We ship domestically as well as internationally. Locally, most of our orders ship via TCS. However, we have a business agreement with all the registered courier services in Pakistan. We can ship via any courier upon the request of our buyer. Usually, for larger shipments, we request our client to choose the courier company in order to facilitate them.
We have a production House in Skardu and we ship parcels from Skardu. In the winter season due to heavy rain and snow falling, blockage happens on Karakorum Highway. Delivery time may affect due to unexpected blockage landslides or heavy snow falling.
Before shipping the items we confirm from our clients that the parcels we ship from Pakistan may have chances of misplaced, may face custom issues or struck on borders due to change in governmental policies.
Although, we have been working in international shipping domain with complete documentation and all other necessary things are included in the parcel in order to make the shipping worry free.
Regarding that due to the nature of product and COVID aftermath restrictions on international shipping, we are dispatching parcels with a risk factor. If, for any reason, the parcel may not delivered at the destination (although it is very unlikely to happen). Then, according to our business we are obliged to provide you another parcel.
Our business core rest with the satisfaction of our client. Despite the loss of item we will provide you alternative/same parcel (same amount) without any sort of charges.
