Refund policy

Organic Aprico’s core purpose is to fulfill the expectations of our clients. If, for any reason, You are not thoroughly happy with the purchase. Through our refund policy, you can avail of refunds. Refunds will be completed within five business days. Refunds will be made via bank transfer or payment methods that suit our client.

Conditions for Returns

  • Organic Aprico is incapable to ship the product purchased by the customer (prepaid orders) in the stated time frame (3 to 5 working days) excluding roadblocks, curfew hours, government shutdowns, or unexpected situations.
  • When the product does not match with the product image or product description given on the website.
  • When the product does not fulfill the specifications cited in the product description.
  • When our buyer receives damaged, rotten, or contaminated products.

If a customer collects their shipment from our facility or retail location, or has it picked up through a courier arranged by the buyer, and later returns the shipment without a valid justification—even after providing all required documentation from Organic Aprico—the shipment will be returned to its point of origin for verification. As we produce the highest-grade Shilajit in the market, a comprehensive laboratory analysis will be conducted prior to issuing any refund. The buyer is responsible for all laboratory certification costs, and a refund will only be processed upon successful confirmation of the product’s authenticity and quality.

Due to the nature of our business and the products we market, many products are perishable, therefore, we provide our shopper 3 days from the date of the delivery for exchange. You have to return the product you have purchased from our website or via whatsApp within three calendar days of the Delivery.

The item must be unopened and in its actual condition.

If our products reached damaged, rotten, or contaminated in any way, please feel free to contact us and we will be glad to ship a free replacement. You can also avail refund option.

Cancellation & Refunds for Pre-Paid Orders

Our buyers can cancel and get a refund of their orders that are pre-paid through Direct Bank Transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Credit / Debit Cards.
